CHRIS Law
With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Chris has passionately dedicated his life to helping his clients live their best and healthiest lives through personal training and health coaching. In addition to training clients, Chris enjoys fishing, hiking, and running.
HUGO VILLAMAR
Hugo is a NASM certified trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Youth Exercise Specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and a Master of Science in Health and Wellness. When he’s not training clients, Hugo enjoys cycling, playing basketball, tennis, and bodybuilding.
LEAH KALLMEYER
Leah is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with ACE and Silver Sneakers BOOM Muscle Coach. She has been passionate about sports and fitness her entire life. When she is not in the gym teaching or training, she is spending time with her family. Leah believes fitness is a lifestyle and that consistency is key!
JOEL VEGA
Joel is a Health and Fitness Professional from Bartow, Florida. He graduated top of his class at National Personal Training Institute in 2017. In addition to his Personal Training Diploma, he also earned certifications in Kettle Bell Training and Osteoblast Training, which focuses on improving Bone Health.
Lindsay Wilson
Lindsay is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and is passionate about helping people achieve their health. She works closely with her clients to combine cardio, strength training, flexibility and nutrition based on their individual needs. In her off time she enjoys spending time with my daughter, traveling and being outside.
Leanne Green
Leanne is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has always had an interest in staying healthy. She strives to help others feel good in their bodies, develop their own inner strengths, and embrace the things that make them unique. When not teaching, you can find her gardening, weight training, spending time outdoors and traveling with her family.
CINDY CARTER
Cindy is a USHF Certified Health Coach and fitness instructor. Cindy is trained and certified in several styles of coaching including Lifestyle Fitness Coaching, Fitness Counseling, Senior Strength Training, Piloxing, Rehabilitation from Illness and Injuries, Nutrition for Athletes, and Silver Sneakers.
